I came across the chaise at a local auction room when I was looking for a rug, even though the front edge had collapsed I could tell the frame was still good & it was exceptionally comfortable, the curve of the back just holds you in place. So I left a sneaky £50 bid, hoping no-one else would be prepared to put the work in to strip it right back & hey presto, when I checked was mine.
